Refund policy
We hope you love your order, but if you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@lightstylist.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your item. You will then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unfitted, unaltered and returned in their original packaging, where possible, and in a resaleable condition. Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are individually checked and carefully packaged before dispatch.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lightstylist.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Please check all items before fitting or installation. We cannot cover any costs associated with removing or refitting an item after it has been installed.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Items that have been used, fitted, altered or modified
Items that are not in a resaleable condition
Items damaged due to insufficient return packaging
Gift cards
Sale items, unless faulty
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@lightstylist.co.uk.
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once the return has been accepted and inspected, we can arrange an exchange where possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Return postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
