Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom may be cancelled and refunded.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of £8 across the United Kingdom.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £100.

The delivery cost will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days across the United Kingdom, depending on the courier service used and your delivery location.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent, along with any available tracking information.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ensure orders are dispatched promptly, but delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, severe weather, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to help if there is an issue with your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lightstylist.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

All items are individually checked and carefully packaged before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lightstylist.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Please check your item before using or fitting it. We cannot cover any costs associated with removing or refitting an item after it has been installed.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.
